A complete jointing system

The press brings together the mechanical frame, heating platens, pressure system and controls. These elements need to work as a matched configuration, with the splice requirements defined before the model is selected.

Dimensions that matter

The belt width is a useful starting point. The splice length, geometry and required heated area also determine the platen arrangement. Send the belt supplier’s splice drawing so the configuration can be discussed on the same basis.

Prepare for the working site

Include power availability and any constraints on moving or assembling the equipment. Where cooling utilities or special handling arrangements are needed, those should be included in the quotation scope.
